Default almost made it!

Tried to go 300 miles on a tank of gas since I got it.(03 LE)
Made it to 288 mi. today then I chickend out.The won't help me push so I stopped and filled up,12.3 gallons.Have long commute,45+ mi each way,so I get bored. This helps pass the time. Also try to see how long I can go with out touching the brakes, steering w/my knees, guessing milage/time/temp without looking at gauges, and other stupid stuff. My gosh-I've turned into my Dad!!!Awwwwwwwwwwwwhhhhh!!!

The big grin ain't pushin no 3000lb. car for cook

The gas tank holds 15 gallons so you had some left.

15 gallons, dang I had it made.I hate that orange "low fuel" light, makes me feel nervous! It had been on for 12 miles.Getting about 24 mpg,but its been cold here and I've been warming it up about 10 min. a day.
Today I think I'll see how far I can drive w/my left turn signal on.

the big grin says cook learned that trick in Florida!!

That Florida trick won't work unless you like driving with a beeping sound in your ear. I'm pretty sure after one mile with your turn signal on, the PT starts sounding a beeping noise to let you know you've forgotten to turn it off! Mine does

cook, you are too funny, man!

You need Sirius Satellite radio for a commute like that, and before your boredom compels you to see how far you can drive using "the force".

My low fuel indicator lights with 3-1/2 gallons of fuel left. 300? wow. 220 is pushing it for me, heh, 16.8 MPG last fill-up.

I don't EVEN want to know what my mileage is! I fill up at around 200 miles, regardless of the gauge.
