CruiserDan, One of the best grounds for anything in the interior, is either of the 2 screws beside the fuse box. They connect metal to metal to the frame that holds the fuse box. I have my turbo timer grounded to one, and I ran a ground pigtail fron the 2nd one to ground my neons (and almost everything else I've put in the interior). My key on + 12 volts comes from an Add-a-Circuit fuse replacement that is a double fuseholder. One for the original fuse, and the second with a 10 amp fuse and a pigtail with a crimp connector already installed on it. I removed the Radio fuse and replaced it with the Add-a-Circuit. Then placed the radio fuse in the open slot in the Add-a-Circuit. It is one of the safest ways to go because the circuit that you add is fused and will not effect the radio circuit at all. Do this, and check from the pigtail on the add-a-Circuit to the screws mentioned above (on the left side of the fuse box) with your tester and you should be good to go. BTW I just went out with my Volt Meter and checked @ those two points and got a +12volt reading........

Follow the wire harness by the steering column. It's got a rubber grommet sealing it at firewall that you can poke thru with a coathanger or such. I ran Aoogah horn wire thru there to mount switch.

UPDATE: I have since finished my wiring and i have my neons under my driver and passenger seats on the horizontal bar towards the rear of the seat I removed the under seat drawer and the lights shine to the front foot area and the rear. i made a custom switch panel from a project box from radio shack with 5 switches for further upgrades. I ran the 2 neons to one switch. I ran it to the fuse box in engine bay using inline fuse, i went through the rubber grommet as suggested. Thanks everyone for the help. I'll get pics soon and any neon ideas or suggestions for interior that i could throw in just leave a reply. I'm up for almost anything.

EDIT* I also installed precut window tint on my front windows with a releitively close tint match.

Glad it worked out - as for suggestions - there is electroluminescent "rope" that can fit in the seams of the dash (center console) - looks good in pics I've seem - no glue or anything needed.[?]
