vintage cruiser

Saw a cruiser I've never seen yet.(Only had mine since christmas,never
paid much attention before that)
Had a hood scoop,looked like a "jacked"up rear end,and painted scoops on the doors,remaninsent of early corvettes."Vintage cruiser" was painted as an emblem on the doors but back had limited edition plate.
I know I could do a search but it's more fun to ask y'all!
Is it custom or a factory job?

Cook since your from up north, it couldn't have been the same one I saw but I've seen the same thing here in Florida. It was a decal (maybe painted), (pretty large) on the side starting from the bulge after the front wheel and long enough to take up both doors. As you said it was an imitation of the scoop on the early model Corvettes. So, I guess it's an option from either the factory or put on by the dealers. This one didn't have a hood scoop.
