No front plate here in Arizona either. I'm glad too, because it looks much better without.

I like it in the center, but don't like OEM holder.
Anyone have any ideas.[:I]
Hard to see but mine is tie-wrapped to the front air dam. Doesn't move around and keeps the bumper clean. Doesn't block TOO much air.

Gazoo, that certainly looks better but it appears that it is blocking almost all of the air to the intercooler which gets virtually all of its air through the lower grill.

I never installed this of the factory install it. I didn't want it on there to destory the lines on my PT. But it does look nicer in the lower area I think, its different.

I didn't realise it was required in some states. Not in FL.

You guys should try painting it to match first, NBR did this w/ his and it looks amazing now. I also did the same thing w/ my neon as the plate mount was gray, and it looks sooooo much better.

I like NkBkGt's idea. Going to autozone to see what I
can find.

I like the bracket that IRPT gave the link to. Thankfully I don't have a front plate here NC but if i have to move to another base in a state that requires a front plate, i'm gonna get this.

I used a flat plastic plate holder from aid auto stores.
Didnt like the orginal either, had to bend plate slightly
to contour of bumper.

I like the way that looks![?]

Another "benefit" of JOISEY - requires a front plate.

I saw on his website, the plate that Bob Stockum has on his car. It mounts below the bumper in the middle and is connected to some sort of air canister. It automatically folds back to let air into the intercooler. I don't know if he makes a kit for this, but it is the coolest idea I've seen. James Bond kinda stuff!

I came across an ad in an old (Oct '95) STREET RODDER. It's from PARR AUTOMOTIVE INC. 1-800-654-6779, for a vacumn operated plate holder. It's called "RETRACT-A-PLATE", pn #RAP. If it's any good, they'll still carry it.[:I]
