Got a recall in the mail from DC. It's for 03 and 04's
The powertrain control module(PCM) electrical connector seals on vchicle may be out of place.This could allow water to enter into the PCM. Water and the resulting carrosion inside of the connector can cause various electrical and driveabillity concerns.

I have a limited turbo 04 that got recalled

This is not new to this forum. I had my PT replaced due to this recall although they (dealer) did not admit it. They didn't replace harness like the recall says to. Don't mess with this one, take it in right away and have it checked. Once corrsion sets in your in trouble. Refer / search my past posts.

By the way I received that notice last November. When did you purchase your car?

Just ran the last 8 digits of my VIN at the link Beacon provided and it returned the full VIN and the following:

CHRYSLER PT CRUISER LIMITED 4-DOOR HATCHBACK Model Year:
2004

No Incomplete Recalls or Customer Satisfaction Notifications Exist


Looks like I'm good to go.

03 is good ,but the 04 isn't. Got them at two
