This hasn't been my day.Bought a horn.can't find mine.
It's supposed to be on the right frame,but where and how do you get to it?[xx(] |

Try same place on passenger side.

You are correct 2sb, the single horn is on the passenger side.
From PT Service Manual (and my personal experience of adding the second horn that DC left off): REMOVAL (1) Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable. (2) Remove the right front wheelhouse splash shield. (3) Disconnect the harness connector. (4) Remove the two screws holding the horn assembly to the vehicle (Fig. 2).
