Default Fog lights on without headlights....how?

I remember seeing somewhere a mod that lets you use the fog lights without the headlights. Does anyone know about this? Thanks!

I do it at dusk - you have to have the "parking" lights on - first click & pull.[?]

Hmm, I meant to say using the fog lights without the parking lights. Oops how did I screw that up [:0]. I wouldn't drive with the lights that way of course.

I remember there was a question on fog lights staying on with brights but nothing with using them as a running light. I checked the searches and came up with naught[:I]

I don't use the OEM stalk switch (too much of a potential electrical nightmare). Just hardwired a toggle switch to accomplish what you are looking for. My version of DLR's.

In NY at least, illegal to have front lights able to be on without some rear lights - I flunked an inspection once because I added my own foglights on their own switch.
