Thats one thing I don't like about these new cars... they just don't hold up that good (but they are for the most part safer)

I've backed into a big tree at 3-5mph with my Malibu and didn't leave a scratch. Also, when I first got my license, I accidently hit a car while backing out of a parking spot (corner of my front bumper hit the back of their rear bumper) it was a VW Jetta and it cost over $200 to repair, I just had to spend 30secs flaking the white paint off of my fender.

Even with all that Solid Steel vs. Plastic, my old car only weighs about 75lbs more then my new Pt Cruiser... [:I]
