The bulletins are at every dealership. Chrysler has a webpage that only dealers can access with campains and bulletins. The bad thing is bulletins, unlike campains are not warranty unless the car is under about 12k miles.

What would campains be about? Thanks for infor on bulletin - I've noticed several folks have had bad plugs at quite low mileage. Was there a bad batch? [:I]

I took your advice and got plugs and wires to make sure I did have this problem. I have noticed some days its rough somedays its good. Its best to be prepared.

This past weekend, my 2003 PT woody started idling rough. It runs fine under throttle, but sputters at red lights. I took it to Southeast Chrysler(Murfreesboro, TN) on Monday where it was diagnosed as a misfire and I needed 146.00 worth of spark plugs. It only has 36000 miles on it! MY mechanic on Tuesday said the plugs were bad, because the wires were bad and offered to replace all of it for $180.00. He also told me that all the parts houses in town said that the plugs and wires were dealer item only. Odd? Seems like Chrysler is going back to the quality they had back in the 80's---thanks Lee Iaccoca. The rubber isolaters are also ripped in the front end. Thanks to sites like this, I was able to locate the plugs and wires without going back to Original Equipment Junk.

Welcome, Buzz-
At least for the turbo, they did the intake so you can get at the plugs - not that it helps me any...
I'm at 73,000+ miles now, and since replacing plugs with Champion platinums and wires with Crane, have not had a problem since. [?]
