Default Need Paint Suggestions?

Hey everybody; I have a 2002 White Pt. Some people say it looks like a old cop car or a old ambulance. I guss because of,Part color, part style. I like the 2 tone look on the Dream Cruiser. So I'm toying with the Idea of going 2 tone Red & White, a retro old emergency vehicle look, just in paint not to radical, Although I do like the old back split door look, bit to spendy for me to change that over. I don't think top red bottom white quite get's it. Any one have ideas of how to lay out color scheme to get this look. Has anyone seen this type of mod.[8D]

I agree. I always felt darker colors were "heavier" and belong below a lighter color - a dark ceiling and light walls would seem "upside down".
How about a band of red - entire hood, then above beltline up to bottom of windows??? Get a photoshop guru to play with a pic....

Can you do one all white, except a band of red for hood and between "cut" line you used above and bottom of windows? That was my idea...

[8D]Thanks, Guys. for the pic's an suggestions. QSD don't quite get what you mean by color band? I'll check out the photo shop. Is that how you guys did it?
Now that I see your pics and compare, the Dreams dark top, lite bottom, seems backwards. Personal opinion, hope I don't offend anyone by that.
I guss, I'm trying to match something my Dad did years ago with a 71 Ford Econoline Van. He did the White top and red bottom. It looked cool, it even had running lights on top modest change really made his van unique. He called it his emergency vehicle.
Thanks again, this is a fun Idea to play with. It's great that it can be penciled out first. How many variations can one come up with. Thanks for all your imput, this is a great forum, good folks.

That's odd, I'm seeing them just fine, plus they aren't hosted on something like CarDomain or PhotoBucket or any of those....they're up on server space of a domain that I own. I don't quite understand what you mean by "properties shows the file has been moved"?
