What's the worst MOD you got stuck with?

[:I]Hey everbody, We all like MOD's I've ordered a few over the net. Just curious what is your worst MOD you've bought over the net and had a hard time returning? The worst one for me was some lite up gas an brake peddels, it looked so 12 I can't belive I got them but then again the web pic looked completly differnt from reality. Cost almost as much to return it as keep it, so kind of stuck.

Guess I've been lucky. Poorest are "tire minders" - caps that go on valve stems that show green when you're up to pressure, yellow when you're a little low, red when you're a lot low. That's the theory. In practice, it stays green when it's 5-8 psi low, not what I want. Also, got them for daughter's car, since she never checks tires, and they got stolen.

I think the steering wheel chrome billet spoke covers are my least favorite mod their still on BUT I really don't like the look, I have nothing to replace them with sooo.

I have bit the bullet hard. I have purchased chrome interior trimming to have them send me a sticker like flimsy kit and not what I thought. There is no return.

Be warned when buying a product from a private person.

I bought 8.5mm cable same as now but they were all chewed up and nasty, looked used, 60$, no return or refund from private person out of state.

Also a hood that doesn’t fit exactly and I didn't like the look of it not fitting right. 150 and no return. I probably could resell it for what I paid, hasn't changed since I bought it, fitted once and left it in the garage.

Stainless steel dash eyebrows from APA put them on and they look like crap. Quickly took them off since I brought them on E-bay for $10.00 I just ate the cost and chauked it up to experence.

I won a set of those last summer at a PT gathering and they are still in my garage. I felt bad later because my wife told me that there was a lady at the gathering that REALLY wanted them and I would have just given them to her because I sure wasn't going to put them on my car.

worst mod was for my LTZ back when i was in the " oooo pretty neon lights" stage, bought neon wire and mini LED scan sticks from Lite Glow, the neon wire stopped working in the middle of install the scan sticks lasted a week, spent of total of 30 bucks and just ate the cost but yeah not a fan of Lite Glow

The worst stuff I bought is the gold plated 91 octaine gasoline I put in the tank! It just keeps going throug and going through this GTHO engine and all I have to show for it is the surprised looks on some faces of folks in my rear view mirrors![8)]

eyebrows for me. I like the ones that go under and thats what I thought I ordered.I put them on and took them off and threw them away.[:0]
