Default how low should I go...

OK. I've decided to lower my DC3 (I can't stand the rake look with the 2-tone paint job[:0]) and I also think it'll look sweet with the stock 17's and Eagle RS-A's
I'm looking at either a Ground Force 1.5"F, 1.8"R kit
-or- an Eibach 1.5"F, 2.0"R kit.
Any thoughts on these 2 kits (or any suggestions on other mfgs.?)

OT: what's the HTML code I should use in my sig. to fetch a pic of my car (kinda embarassing to ask since I fix computers all day, just never got into web design). Also, does this forum automatically resize pics or do I need to do that 1st.
TIA...

Alceryes,

I went with the Eibach's, and I think they're great. Although I would have liked to possibly go a little bit lower, the crappy roads here in PA are making even that drop difficult for me to bear with sometimes. Depending on how the roads are near you, it's definitely something to keep in mind....

I went with Eibach also. Took most of the space out of the wheelwells and didn't hurt the ride too much. I did want to add the side exhaust, even went so far as to buy them, but found out that the pipes almost hit the ground...so there went that idea. The pipes I have now are fake and a lot thinner than the real things.

I didn't like the rake, either, so why are you doing F&R? I did rear only, 1.5", and got rid of rake. Do both, and rake pretty much stays, only lower. I already scrape the front sometimes, so lowering the front wasn't something I wanted. Another advantage - rears are MUCH easier to do than fronts. Your call.

I don't like all that black showing in the front wheel well also. I'd like to find a kit that only does the front 1" and the rear 1.5" any suggestions?

Suspension techniques offers a set of progressively wound front & rear springs that will drop the car 1.3 inches front and rear. I have purchased them and hope to install them this weekend. LAF (another forum member) has these installed on his GT. He reports being happy with the drop and the ride quality as well....

No way I can swing that. I'm just gonna have to get an Eibach kit. Found one for only $242.
