It,s called warranty. Somebody, somewhere got paid to make this clock keep correct time and if it doesn't, someone is gonna fix it. Why should I have to put up with someone else's screw-up. Glad I got that off my chest....What time is it??....

Alright, now I am =really= jealous. Not only a dealer who will actually replace a faulty clock rather than trot out the 'they all do that' song and dance, but then they have a Viper as a loaner car instead of a minivan?

I got my new radio/clock today!! Here's the story...

Took it in first thing this morning

Half way to work in the loner (Intrepid [V] the gas gauge warning comes on.....I'm pissed...Thank God I'm only a few miles from work.

Get to work...stew about the gas thing...call the service guy to find out how many miles I can drive till 0 gas..

He's with another customer...will call me back.

Call's me back 20 min. later and tells me "car is done".

DONE...NOOOOOOO!!! I want to hear that...I want to bitch about the gas thing..but I say ok and tell him about the gas..he says sorry, the previous customer must not have put gas in it like he should have.

I get in MY car to go back to work......and......

THE SEAT HAS BEEN MOVED!!!!!
THE RADIO STATION PRESETS ARE GONE!!!!! took me 6 months to get those just like I wanted them.....
THE BASE/TREBLE SETTINGS ARE WRONG!!!!!
THE BALANCE IS WRONG!!!!!
Now I'm really mad...but I notice the time on the clock is...CORRECT!!

now i'm happy..seriously.. the dealer who did the radio and the first recall work have been very polite and curtious to me (i didn't even buy the car there)and I've had no issues with their work.
Although everything I have wrote is true, the dealership, has been very very good to me!! Thank You Treadway!...but I'll be watchin that clock DC.
