K & N filter

Just recieved my Stock K&N filter. Hopefully I'll notice the difference right away. We'll keep you posted[8)]

You should, I did--especially at WOT! I also removed the "white donut silencer" located in the top of the airbox. If you want to feel and hear even slightly better performance eliminate the "air restricting silencer" in the stock turbo to airbox pipe by replacing it with a Brand X (AMX1397) pipe. Good luck. [?]

I have a 01 Non-Turbo. I put in a K&N and removed the air silencer, and the car is still slow. I don't really think I noticed that much of a difference. You'll probally save more power by keeping your A/C off.
