Roof rack install
Finally got the guts to start install of my OEM roof rack. Headliner removal took about 1 hr and 15 minutes after work. Not very hard and went mostly as planned . Got instructions from PT DIY from Tammy Meeks from Texas. Tomorrow is the big day, the layout and hole drilling. Will take pictures and try and write a procedure for install. Wish me luck

Some advice from my father - measure twice, drill once. (actually it was measure twice, cut once). If I were you, I'd be checking and double-checking, mark hole spots with marker, place rack on top and look and check,... Good luck.

good luck gonzo! i wanted to install an OEM rack on mine but i decided when i get the money i'm going to get the removeable one instead.

I wanted the roof rack factory installed, but they told me it wasn't an option on the GT. I'm still mad at whoever the DC exec was that decided to forbid them from putting a roof rack on the GT !!! [:X]
