Thank you all for everyones thoughts and well wishes. We are both fine, just sore necks and backs. The woman that caused the accident was driving a borrowed car and it looks like the owner has insurance, we weren't sure at first. The car is now at the body shop awaiting surgery.
One good thing to come out of this mess is the possibilty of a two tone paint scheme. The shop owner is working on numbers right now to let me know how much above the insurance it might be. The hardest part is convincing my wife, it is her car after all, she still likes the all black or black with ghost flames. She is not too hot on my idea of a black upper and tangerine pearl lower. We'll see. Should be done in 2-3 weeks.

Mine is in shop for yet another week, has been in for 2 already.

I wouldn't count on it coming out in 2-3, but hopefully it does so you can enjoy your PT again. Its driving me crazy waiting.

Glad to hear you are both OK. Makes me feel good about the safety of the vehicle. I had pondered the possibility of a two tone paint job...I have a Stone White PT with ugh, grey bumpers. I definitely want to order the roll pan and front fascia from trickcruiser.com...but my question is, I wonder what color would look good on top? Would Black look ok? Any suggestions?

I think a lighter color, such as yellow, orange even red would look super with white, but thats me. IMHO black and white have too much contrast ad they are not a real lively combination, but then I have seen black and white cars with a little 3rd color detail strip between the two colors that looked great.
Cars are an expression of yourself, do what feels right for YOU.
If you are unsure,cruise thru the many on line photos of PT's and other street rods, or check out the steet rods in magazines and find something that appeals to you .
