I recently put a set of Mopar/Borla "duals" on my '03 GT. I used a pair of snips to cut the opening slightly undersized. I then used my Dremel with a grinding bit to open up the cutout to the actual size and then cleaned it up with a round file. It came out looking pretty good. Just be REAL careful when using the Dremel. It's very easy to slip and cut off more material than you planned on.

I used tin snips and a file and it looks ok, no matter what you do it won't look as good as the factory cut out.
Same here.
