how often do you use your auto stick ??

I have a stick shift.. I love rowing my own! However I don't think that I would use an autostick that much, the shift delay is to long for me and part of shifting for me is using the clutch.

I use mine 80% of the time I'm driving and love it!
Saves on your brakes and once you learn your best shift 'points' by looking at the RPM tach you really apreciate having a GT.

I use my autostick the majority of the time. In fact, I do not remember the last time I actually put it into drive. Basically, I only put the shifter into drive when I go on an extended trip on the highway. It is to much fun with the autostick. In fact the other day, I caught myself trying to shift my fiance's Scion that way. It does not work, by the way.

I use my autostick all the time. I never use drive. One of the biggest failure point of the 41TE is the 3-4 clutch pack, specifically, from putting too much boost through 4th gear. 4th only has 4 clutches holding it whereas 3rd has 8. That's why all I ever do in 4th is cruise. Any boost, I pull it down into third. Of course, I'm running slightly higher boost pressures than stock, but, these trannies have failed on NA PT's with no mods...That said, if you want a bullet proof autostick WHEN it goes up, see this thread
