PT_Tom,

Per your suggesiton, I started to get a bottle of Meguiars Plastix over the weekend. When I read the label it said clearly that it was only for clear plastic and not for painted surfaces. Have you successfully used Plastix on painted surfaces for problems like I have described?

YES. I had purchased the Plastix for my son's headlights and saw the same caution on the bottle. But knowing the B Pillars are plastic and not painted, and seeing how the Plastix performed I figured it was worth a try. Worked great

After hearing what you had to say, I got a bottle and tried it on mine. I am sorry to say it did not help. Whatever these "drips" are on mine must have eaten into the plastic itself. I suppose that's a really good excuse to have them painted We'll see. Thanks again for the advice.

I was wondering about the cost differnce of the cost difference between the Mopar product and the Meguires swirl paste? If the both work on those blue spots which is the better way to go? Id hate to waste the money if I can get it done for less.
