I did a 350 mile trip between Minneapolis and Milwaukee. Mostly a steady 75mph. Limited to no A/C got 25.5 or so mpg.
My around town driving consists of speeds from 35 to 65mph. With regular use of air I get around 23-24mpg. '03 GT 5-speed but I don't tend to test the acceleration to hard. Mostly shift up at 2500-3000 rpm. I don't use the engine to slow down. I push in and hold the clutch and coast a little til I need to break.

I have a 2001 Ltd N/A. I consistently get 24-25 mpg for my normal mix of driving which is about 50/50 city/highway. For absolutely "pure" highway driving (filliing up before getting on the road and then checking after a long drive) I have gotten between 34-35 mpg! I use the A/C when needed but not all the time. The A/C does not seem to impact the mileage that much.
