Help. No Power Door Locks with Ignition off.

2001 PT Cruiser with 83,000 miles.

First off, this forum is great. It helped me diagnose my overheating problem. As forum members suggested in earlier threads, the radiator fan was dead. I replaced it (following instructions from this forum) and all is now good.
Except for the power door locks.

I disconnected the battery cable to clean the posts off. I reconnected them about 30 minutes later. Now the power door locks do not work when the ignition is turned off. When the ignition turned on and/or when the PT is running, the door lock switches and the key fobs work great. Turn the ignition off and the power door lock switches and the key fobs do not work.

I've checked all my fuses and relays and everything looks fine. Any ideas? Is there a Power Door Lock Relay? If so, where is it?

Not saying that this is definitely your problem, but YES there is a relay. It's in the middle of the dash called the RKE (Remote Keyless Entry).
