Default Lower front control arm ball joint

I'm new here, I have read many of the posts and have gotten great info, I have a question that I have not seen an answer for. I pulled the lower front control arms to replace the bushings with the Energy Suspension product, I found the ball joints on both control arms are no good. My question, is this ball joint replaceable somehow or am I stuck buying new control arms from the dealer. Although I am very mechanical I am not an auto mechanic, I have very limited experience with working on cars. I'm pretty good on boats but they don't have suspensions.
I have over 120k, this is the second replacement on the control arms (I had a repair shop do it the last time) I am hopeful using the Energy Suspension product it will be the last.
Thanx in advance; Tom

The ball joints press into the control arm.
A call to any auto parts store will confirm that the ball joints are readilly available.

are the ball joints on a 2006 still ungreasable? i did a search & found a post from 2004 that says they are not (on an '02). when i was just performing an oil change i would've probably tried because it appeared the fittings weren't broken off as mentioned in the post but i didn't feel like pulling the wheels and the fitting on my grease gun was too long to fit. thanks
