The glove box hinges at the bottom. Just sort twist each hinge a little and it will come apart. Not hard at all.
Panel below the steering wheel: pull down on it just under the steering column. It is hinged just like the glove box door.
A pillars: pull on the pillar at the top just enough to get to pop out. The bottom slides into little slots into the dash. Just pull toward you and the bottom will slip right out.
