Question Outdoor Temperature

My 2007 PT GT Turbo is experiencing inaccurate readings in the digital dash outside temperatue reading, the dealer has changed the sensor but it still is doing it.
Anyone have any ideas for this head scratcher ?

Welcome to the forum,

Only a guess, but your owners manual has instructions on how to calibrate the compass that's also built into the overhead console. Maybe if you follow the instructions for that , it might help calibrate the temperature setting too. Worth a try!

Also, did you know that the temperature setting can be changed from centigrade to fahrenheit? Maybe your reading it in the wrong language. Your owners manual again will tell you how to switch from one to the other.
