Headlights, keyless entry & instrument cluster lights not working

I have 2002 Touring, manual trans. with 103,000 miles. Stopped to get gas, turned off lights, get back in car - no headlights, fog lights, instrument cluster lights. Everything else okay till I tried to lock the car and auto door lock did not work. Won't lock or unlock but the alarm sounds when I open the door after using the auto door lock, even though door wasn't locked. All fuses and relays check out fine.

Going to dealer tomorrow - this car was part of recall for relay switch. It was replaced 2 years ago. Anyone else with similar problems and/or solutions?
