Chrysler Financial,

I financed my PT cruiser through Chrysler Financial.
I bought the PT Cruiser Last Month on the 4th.
I called last week asking when my book or statement will be sent.
I was told that it was sent on the 30th. I got the statement 2 days later on the 9th and the due date is the 19th. I went on line to pay my monthly payment and was sent a confirmation number. The next day I found out that Nothing Happened! I called again and there is no record of my transaction.
SIGH! OK, I started over and made another payment to Chrysler Financial again and again I got another confirmation number. This time there is a record of the transaction on the next day. The funds have not been taken from my account yet and the clock is ticking.
I'll wait till Monday but I'm hoping that the PT Cruiser works better that the system that Chrysler has set up as financial support for us.
So far They aren't impressing me much!

Is it because my account is new or is this incompetence normal operating procedure?

How about you? Do you deal with Chrysler Financial at all? Did you have any problems and how did you fix them?

I've used Chrysler financial for 5 cars since 1987. I never have had a single problem. I think it might just be the initial set-up.
