One of the first thing i looked at were the covers.. I drive Frightliner's (trucks) for a living. The older trucks have the same kind-of the same plastic in front of the headlights.. after 100K miles they get really bad.
So when seeing them before buying the car, i checked them out real close,
No scratches.
The scratches on there now, i'm sure I can remove and there not as easily seen as the mirror. The mirror i'm pretty sure can't be rubbed out.

I said the coolant all drained out..yep..all the water drained out
so i'm pretty concerned, and am hopeful that the mechanic's really go thur and check the compression and turbo etc..

Tell them you want to make an apponitment to see the Factory Rep. when he visits and find out the date and make an appt.
