What I did was:

1st, gently pry out the window control module. Remove that screw.

Next, Pulled the knob off of the climate control section, pried out that cover.

There are two screws there hold the dash board cover on.

Then slid your hands beneath the steering column and panel, pop that down.

Removed the two screws to the left, removed that panel.

The panel between the windshield and door, long piece of plastic from dash board to roof, pry that off on both sides, driver and passenger.

Check for any other screws, in the area hold the dash board down, (there are 4 holding the instrument panel in, then lift and slide with gently force the dash board toward you. You should hear some noises as it comes out i.e. retaining clips popping/releasing.

Then pull of the instrumentation cluster cover, watch the odometer reset rod, unscrew the instrumentation cluster and pull toward you. Reinstall in reverse order.

Refer to the pictures in the beginning of this string as a reference.

Remember not to force anything and take your time.
