How to remove the safety lock system?

Hi.
I just got 2002 PT a week ago. It is great but I don't like the safety lock system which is automatically look the all doors when over 20 miles. Can I get rid of the system? It made me pain in the A**.

And does PT have trunk open button inside the car? I couldn't find the trunk open key. Anyone?

The details on customer programming the lock option and other features is in your owners' manual.
There is no trunk release.
