Take it to the dealer you bought it from. Seeing that it was used, how long was the warranty for? Or was it "AS IS"?
Don't give up on it until you get a 2nd opinion. I think the '05 still had a 5/50 warranty on them. Good Luck!!!

its still under the 7 yr 70000 mi warranty . you think its covered? love the car other wise . rides nice looks great if i keep it(witch i want to!) i want to change out the goodyears and put drilled and sloted roters on it ..just to make the brakes last longer.its a non turbo auto trans pt touring addition. dark blue going to call dealer tomarrow.
