I was just wondering there is a company selling 4 brand new 18" chrome wheels and tires on ebay under Pt cruiser chrome...for 659$ +shipping..Champiro and DsK? wheels ....any advice...Are these expected to be crap for this price?

They are only 18s so that price is pretty fair. If you get 20,22,24,26, your prices will be a grand and way higher than that.
