Daytime Running Lights

I have an '05 Conv. It is a US model so it doesn't have day time running
lights. How hard is it to switch over? Can I do it my self? How much
$$? Any new wiring required or can you just swap out the relay box?

I,m Not sure about the PT,my father owns an 05 Town and Country and did the same thing.All he had to do is go to the dealer and have them change the country code,In the pcm, to Canada

If you switch it over to Canada will it switch the outdoor temperature
readout to celcius?

Would probably be easier and cheaper to just reach over and turn them on. I thought I read somewhere on one of these forums that there wasn't a way to hook up daytime running lights. Might be wrong.

That's what I was reluctant to suggest! Why would you want to upset the electrical applecart, when all you have to do is go to the first position on the headlight switch. Most all cars "ding-dong" at you anyway as a reminder when you leave them on.

Ex wife keeps nagging me everytime I pick up my daughter "Put your lights on, why don't you have daytime lights." Guess it is my cross to bear, and
I'll just have to ignore her like I do in so many other instances.

Are we to assume you live in Canada? There is nothing in your info where you are located?
