Ok, maybe I'm up to late thinking about too many things. I have an 06 Touring edition. I've been assuming I have a 2.4L engine. How can I tell? Is there a place I can put my VIN in and get all the options? All my new cars I've always kept the window sticker with all the features listed. This one was new but since it was 2 years old that sticker was gone, all the other new stickers were there (like the airbag one etc.) I'm getting about 21 miles to a gallon on average so that makes me think its the bigger engine too. I know its not turbo.

There is only 1 engine available for the PT Cruiser in the USA. The 2.4L engine is either turbo or not. The only choice is turbo.
The 1.6L, 2.0L, and Diesel are export engines only.
