Default attachments?

I see now how to attach a pic by clicking on the paperclip than browsing and uploading...however it does not upload...I am assuming my pics are too big. How do I make it work? Where do I go to change my pic size?

Picture sizing has to be done either by a software program on your home computer or by a program that's free on a web hosting site like PhotoBucket. There might be some program you get for free on the internet but I'm not aware of it.

Some sites automatically downsize your photo's as you post them but this site does not.
