If I remember right on my 2001 the caliper bolts were metric bolt heads...

Pardon me, much less dust, no more dust than the rear shoes on my car. I must bow to someone who knows much more that I, who have had 2 PT's, both with ceramic front pads for a total of over 80,000 miles.

I've had ceramic pads on my PT, My Navigator SUV, and have seen them on my friends cars.... They last longer than the average pad but They all leave dust. It may be minor but it is going to leave dust like I said.... No such thing as actually DUST FREE....Thatz my point..

Thumbs up Re: Replacing front brakes

The scientific facts..........ceramic = glassy dust!
Since harder...probably less dust, but more disk wear.
Since dust is ceramic....harder to recognize...like Yea!! No black dust!
