That PT was on the move. The driver was not very bright. You can never tell how deep the water really is unless you know the street really well. Oh well, they'll pay for their stupidity.

Hard to tell, but an '07 maybe? Seems to have the wider Chrysler wings, and isn't that shade of blue an '07 color?
