Yes it is unique and as you can see, it's been around awhile. It's a 2002 PT Cruiser conversion and made the rounds of most of the forums a few years ago. In fact there's a company around that does the conversions......

Must have missed that one Ernie. I just went thru 66 pictures of almost all the PT's up at Williamsburg but don't see the handicapped car.

As you came out of the doors he was to the right in the front row. He used a "buggy" to get around, of course, if the doors were closed you can't tell the difference.
