Default Oxygen Sensors

I have a 2001 PT and will replacing my oxygen sensors help in getting better mileage for my car??

Not unless they're bad. When they're bad, you'll usually get a check engine light or at least be able to pull a code for it from the computer. Usually it's not an issue until 100K miles or so unless your engine went bad at some point and you were burning oil out your exhaust.

I have just to turn 140K so should I or should not. No engine light or engine problems.

replace. 90k is the upper limit of useful O2 sensor life. there are exceptions, but they are few and far between.
