Default Pics of my PT

I bought my 2007 base model new about 2 months ago and just now got around to taking some pics. It's still kinda dirty in the pics and I didn't have a chance to put on any tire shine...

I just bought some 3.5" Kicker co-axials from Crutchfield for $29.99, so I can't wait for them to come in since my dash has no speakers. I'd like to get a set of chrome wire wheels for it, or possibly 5 spoke eagle Alloys. Other future mods include the chrome door lock knobs and mirror adjuster levers, and that's about all. I just like it simple.

And on to the dirty pics...

Thanks. My other vehicle, which I still have, is a 4x4 Suburban. The PT took a little getting used to, but so far I really love it... especially at gas fill-up time

Exactly opposite of what some new owners are saying. They expected to PT to be a gas miser and without looking up any facts, went out and bought one. Only now are they finding out the PT isn't the most fuel efficient car they thought it was.

Those that do appreciate mileage in the low 20's are people like you that have some other vehicle that averages in the low teens for gas mileage.

That's exactly right. The Suburban gets between 14 and 17 depending on where it's driven, and the PT got 27.8 average for the 1.5 months that I checked it. This was 95% interstate miles and 5% city thought. Still, it close to double the MPG I'm used to.

I'm going to try and get away the tint for as long as I can here. I'd love some chrome wires, but I'm way to lazy to keep them clean.

I have a 2008 base I bought a couple of weeks ago. Are you going to drive the Kickers with the base stereo? I would love to know if you like em once you get em installed.
