Well, this happened to one of my friends. His back windows were tinted, and the officer asked him to roll up his window, and it was tinted. That's all the ticket was for! Tinted windows!
I hope Michigan has that tint law where it's a secondary offense...if it is, I'll just roll my windows down whenever I see one!
