I can testify to the toughness of these little cars,I was stopped in traffic on the freeway whon some girl on a cell phone rear ended me at 60+ (she got a speeding ticket) I was the first one hit in a six car pile up and I was the only one to drive away! hope to hear about your new cruiser soon!

Man what a mess! Now I can see what happens when the front gets crushed. You got a great price back from the insurance people because our 2007 touring edition crusier had 20,000 miles and cost us 10,000 for it and yours was years older!

Good luck buying the KIA soul. It has a 5 speed tranny but couldn't find the gas mileage it gets.

Glad to hear you are ok! It's too bad the guy in the camaro said what he did. Skid marks usually tell the tale on how it went down and the history of the intersection.

Hopefully they'll look at your record and his record. And the fact that he's driving a camaro and you're driving a PT. And they'll lean your way.

I dont think I would buy a KIA--my friend had a Sportage and it was a total piece of crap. It finally blew up on the 405 at rush hour, and that was the end of it. She bought a PT :-)

I don't know realy what i will end up with my wife has the KIA Rondo 2007 it is real nice, roomy and comfy good mileage no problems with it at all Kia has come a long way from just a few years ago,thier products are holding up well now......I might get a PT but to me it just wont be the same as when i first got it. There are so many on the road now and they changed it so much it just would not be unique any more. (For me.)...
I remember when i first got it a lot of people would ask HEY what is that ,who makes it, looks cool, etc. I just think it's time for somethimg completly new.....But trust me my love for the PT will never die!!!!!

My wife has the same KIA Rondo. We take it on all our northern trips to visit the grandkids. Even with the V6 we still average about 27-29 mpg (and I tend to travel just a bit over the speed limit).
