Hello,
I have a 2003 PT cruiser with 42,000 miles. I just had the upper and lower motor mounts replace at ~ $500.00. Motor mounts are not cover under warranty per Chryler after 3 years, 30,000 miles. |

YES,
My PT cruiser is stock. I had them replace last week. I also had to have the AC compressor replace for ~ $ 1300, and my sunroof repair for ~ 1200.00. |

P.S. Only kidding about the convertible part but a whole new sunroof doesn't cost that much. |

I'm hearing about them more and more. If you saw the flimsy rubber on them you would be surprised they last as long as they do. The mounts (torque struts) for the Neon SRT-4 and the PT are interchangeable, but the rubber on the mounts for the srt is much stronger. If needing replaced I would get the srt ones or ones that are polyurethane filled. They will last much longer.
