Yes seriously. Sent editor at car domain an email, asking questions on blog story & yes it was all completey sponsored & the owner got it from GM for $1.00. 2008 Solstice GXP that was at 07 SEMA. He owns it not GM. & it's in FF4. Any way just thought it was a pretty interesting story...

LOL I liked the first one. #2 was ok, but not great. I wasn't even aware that there was a #3. Must have been a bomb for me to not have heard about it.
If had to weigh my options, I would take the PT's over having my car in a movie. A PT in my name is worth 2 in the bushes...yeah ok that was a lame attempt at a colloquialism, but still.

Love it or hate it, always gets a reaction one way or the other & that's what magazine, sponsors etc. want. Has gotten major play from FF4, Knight Rider TV show, to 50 cent, Soulja Boy, etc. Now going to be used in the new Transformer & Cars movie. Haters are just jealous, & so be it. Nothing like getting a car for $1.00 to keep, then have all the work done for free, then getting $500.00 a day to be in a movie or TV program & laughing all the way to the bank.
