Default Rain-X Wiper Blades

Just bought 2 Rain-x Latitudes for the PT...Just wanted to spread the word that they are AMAZING. They are a little expensive but well worth it. These blades + the Rain-x wax makes it fun to drive in the rain.

NO STREAKS!!!

Bought one for my wife's Mercedes 190E last week (it only has one wiper arm). Today was the first time I got to try it out. Seemed to work really well.

Are they the ones with silicone blades? Mine are noisy as heck and I am looking at replacing them. I have heard the silicone ones are silent.

Thumbs up Re: Rain-X Wiper Blades

I don't think the Rain-X blades are silicone. (IMBW)
But, "Silblades" are amazing (Teflon coated silicone), guaranteeed for 5 years, and come in colors. (Very Quiet!)
*But, I still use Rain-X treatment on the glass. If the wipers should go out, I can still see well!

The heavier the rain, the better the rain flies off the windsheild. I love driving w/o the wipers on and watching the water go right off.

Cool Re: Rain-X Wiper Blades

Yes! Teflon-coated silicone rubber. My post months ago had it backwards.
Here is a link to a product review.

I have the rain-x fluid in the sprayer reservoir, works great!

When its time for wiper blades I'm going to get the rain-x blades.
