You "probably" already have the tracks, take a look. Chrysler did away with the drawer as one of the many cost saving ideas. They can be seen on eBay once in awhile but you can also buy them at a couple of the aftermarket vendors.

Thanks for the link. I looked under the passenger seat and there are some electrical cables and flat metal stuff. I think it is for the new 8-way seat positioner, but even though the metal stuff is small, they put it right where the drawer needs to slide. So unless I can rearrange it, I think they have unnecessarily blocked it.
