Sadly,
I went through my records today. I did NOT count Oil Changes or Tire Rotates, as they are regular maintenance: I did 3 categories 1. Needed Maintenance: i.e.; tires, brakes, wear and tear items 2. Repairs: unexpected, etc 3. Modifications I bought in 2004, a new 2005 Limited Turbo PT. So for me, AGAIN sadly, I have spent in total almost half the cost of my car in all 3 categories in total. 1: 2 sets of Brakes: one set stock replacements, one set ceramic replacements for font 2 sets of Tires: one set of tires stock replacement, one set upgraded high grade Goodyear Triple Treads MAJOR preventative service at 45,000 miles: every flush known to man, plus new plugs, etc... TOTAL: $3,537 2: Rack and Pinion - comped by Chrysler with $150 deductible Serpentine Belt - $150 A/C not blowing cold - comped by dealer MAP Sensor and Coil Pack, New Plugs(again) and Wires - $545 Wiper Blade hose replacement $70 CAMShaft Position Sensor replacement $167 Right lower Motor Mount $235 TOTAL: $1,440 3: Mopar Cold Air Intake Rear Roll Pan Cadillac Tail Lights Custom hatch artwork 15" Baby Moons with Painted Purple centers Cat back hidden single exhaust Rear only 2" drop TOTAL: $2,400 Grand Flippin Total: $7,377 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Without counting accidents, I will say I am very close to $7000. WITH the accidents it would be around $13000. That kid took out my whole rear right side and needless to say, it was not cheap for him!

4 tires, $260, 2 headlight bulbs $30, some wipers $40, rotors and pads $120, and $200 something for the Magna Flow catback. Oh yeah, $60 for a battery. I think I have 52,000m on it.
