Default Lightbulbs and dirt

My Rt taillight brake bub is burnt out....amazing how much dirt I found behind the tail and backup lights.....this is why my PT won't be driven in winter here anymore...the pic doesn't do it justice...can you see the sancastle on the driveway under the backup light?

That is a nice ledge for the dirt to accumulate, glad I live in sunny Florida and don't have to drive on dirt roads.
