New PT Owner

Hey everyone! Just wanted to say HI to fellow PT owners. I just broke down and purchased one last night. Haven't even given myself a chance to get familiar with her yet. I'm a huge fan of Chrysler and Dodge products since I worked for Dodge for about 7 years. I am a previous owner of a few Ram's, Grand Cherokee and I kept my Durango when I bought this PT. Although the DD will see alot of down time since she's a fuel hog.

The initial reason I purchased the PT is for work. I bought into a Pop-A-Lock franchise and all I'll be doing is driving. So a 4cyl versus the 5.2 Durango is a no brainer. I know the PT doesn't get great mileage, but better then the Durango. So hopefully I can come to love this PT and have fun with it with some suttle mods, and it be dependable for all of the mileage I'm going to tack on it.

Anyways, just wanted to make myself known here and hopefully I'll be around quite a bit.

to the forum. At least you know the PT doesn't get the greatest mileage so thats a plus on your side. Lots of folks buy the cruiser without looking into the facts then find out later it's not a fuel saving economy car. Have fun and enjoy your ride.
