That is correct - Great Customer Service!

I recently purchased items from Cruiser Motor Sports on line. The items were shipped in a most timely manner and arrived in good fashion.

The fittment of the items was not as I anticipated nor desired.

I made a quick call to the 1-800 number listed on their website and had a plesant conservation with the gentleman--we discussed my issues and he advised a different placement of the items--again I was not pleased.

Second call--if the items are in saleable condition--pop them in the post and a full refund will be forth coming after they arrive.

Now I ask you: What is wrong this type of service? Not a thing!

Be assured that when price is not a major issue, or even when it is--Cruiser Motor Sports is going to be my first choice based on this experience.
