Default I know its EARLY but...

Not that I am hoping for WINTERBUT I have never winter stored a car before...What do I need to do...as my beloved GT is now going to be winter parked. What do I need to do? Do I take the battery out? Do I need to do anything to the engine? Should the car be put on blocks..or can it sit on its tire??? Please tell me all you know

How long will it be sitting? Will you be able to start it up once a month, once a week? Will you be able to take it out at all on a day without snow and fairly clear roads or is this thing gonna be like a bear and we won't see it till spring?

Sorry Frank..can't ship it...I need to keep it in my garage. I plan on parking it from Nov to April. I can start it once a week as it will be in my garage.

Yup! Mee too!
I volunteer to house it in Oklahoma City. We only get a couple of weeks of winter anyway!

if your looking to park it for that long time, you should take out the battery, it's unlikely but it could catch on fire if the battery is in it. but thats just a safety percaution and also, you might want to take it out and move it around just in case. you don't want your brakes to go bad sitting there or you don't want flat spots on your tires.

hope i made sense/helped

and im in pittsburgh PA closest so far!
